    This is very supportive. I pulled out of the pkg and thought it was for a small girl that was a junior size.
    I ordered a size smaller due to reviews I read. It did fit with a great struggle to put on and pull up. I squatted and pulled said a few curse words to those who recommended a smaller size , as my husband looked on with tears rolling down his cheeks!
    It pulls up HIGH, and sure sucks me in great!
    I am 5’4 160 lbs and ordered a M.

    I found that this offered moderate or a little more compression the whole way through. I love the fact that it went to the bottom of rib cage, which is what I needed. Very few things offer compression to the lower abdomen (lower the belly button). You could definitely be much much taller than these as there was extra material, but that did not affect the compression. Do you stayed up without any rolling down.
